Terminal Operation Systems Learning Event was Held within the Scope of Port Information Systems Course

The interaction of port operations with information systems was explained to our Vocational School Maritime and Port Management Program students within the scope of the Port Information Systems Course. Within the scope of the course, SOLON PORT management, who was our guest both online and face to face for many weeks and brought along professional guests from the sector, presented the use of information systems in ports and Terminal Operation Systems in detail.

In the last week of our course, our guest again, SOLON PORT Management, introduced our students to the ports with the latest technologies, Virtual Reality Glasses. By wearing Virtual Reality glasses, our students had the opportunity to get to know the structures and their contents, ships and cargo in the ports. In addition, during their last participation, our directorate presented them with a plaque for their contributions to the management of SOLON PORT. SOLON PORT management gave gifts to our students who attended the class.

We would like to thank the SOLON PORT family, especially Ms. Arzu GÖÇ, for their unwavering support within the scope of education.
